Key descriptions:

1 – Proforma invoice to Oximio for review

2 – Oximio Import/Export Dept provides green light for dispatch

3 – Dispatch and delivery from origin location to UA customs point agreed during green light

4 – Oximio acts as IoR and perform customs clearance, pay customs fees. Strong recommendation that delivery to the depot in Ukraine (Kyiv or Lviv) is client responsibility 

5 – Depot will inbound materials and perform checks and place into inventory 

6 – Await shipment order from client

7 – Oximio confirms according to heatmap

8 – Oximio delivers to final clinical site

9 – Client informed of successful proof of delivery to clinical site. Track and trace of processed and pending orders.
